Instructions
 

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

  • Collect 2 pounds of potatoes, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of green onions, 1/4 cup of milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Boil the Potatoes

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks. Place them in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.

Step 3: Drain and Mash

  • Drain the potatoes in a colander. Return them to the pot and mash them using a potato masher until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Mix in the Goodies

  • Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and milk to the mashed potatoes. Stir until well combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
