Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners and set aside.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Combine the Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Blend Wet and Dry Mixtures

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix!

Add Color and Flavor

Fill the Cupcake Liners

  • Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full to allow for rising.

Bake to Perfection

  • Place the cupcake tin in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool Down

  • Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
