Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop green onions and mince garlic.
  • In a bowl, mix shrimp, green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Let the mixture marinate for 15 minutes.

Cooking Process

  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  • Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of shrimp mixture in the center.
